The Carroll County Public Library will be unveiling a new bronze relief sculpture, by Toby Mendez, called “Our Family Farm”, in honor of Carroll County’s agricultural heritage. Friday’s event will be held at the Westminster Library and will include music on Booth Memorial Stage, a displaying of haying equipment and refreshments.
