Drug and Violence Awareness Expo Vendor Application

The Chamber invites support groups to participate in the Expo who provide preventive education and treatment programs for drug and alcohol abuse, gangs, domestic abuse, and sexual assault. Programs for youth such as 4-H, Boys & Girls Club and other youth organizations are invited to participate. Space at the Expo is FREE but there is a fee for electric $30.

Approximately 2,400 students from Carroll County Public Schools attend the Expo. They are high school and 8th grade students.

You receive One 10’x 8’ draped booth with (1) 6’ UNCOVERED table and (2) chairs. ELECTRIC IS AVAILABLE at a cost of $30 for a 20-amp service. Exhibitor MUST PROVIDE cover for the table and 25’ extension cord if purchasing electric. There is no limit to the amount of staff covering the booth. FREE parking. SETUP will occur Wednesday, April 1, 2020 from 11am-4pm.

    All giveaways must be approved: No balloons, condoms, whistles or noise makers allowed.
