If you know a teacher who has made a difference please consider nominating them for an award. On March 25 the Chamber will recognize those teachers who have been nominated, announce the Chamber’s eight Outstanding Teachers for 2015 and present three teachers with a Wilhelm Scholarship. For over 25 years the Chamber has partnered with Carroll County Public Schools to recognize the dedicated teachers who work with our most precious resource – the children of Carroll County.
